Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic sales leader to spearhead the activities of the Revenue Department, creating and executing the strategic plans for marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and foster a process-driven, committed, and accountable sales team, providing coaching and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop deep insights and industry knowledge to identify new market and product opportunities.
  • Co-create and approve our marketing strategy and messaging.
  • Prepare and present dashboard reports, scorecards, budgets, projections, and annual sales.
  • Build a strong sales team, setting KPIs and sales targets, and supporting your team in meeting quotas.
Requirements
  • Proven success leading and growing B2B sales teams.
  • Ability to align sales initiatives with the organization's vision.
  • Expertise in building a career in B2B sales, with a focus on strategic planning and execution for measurable revenue growth.
  • Ability to gain trust and build relationships at any level, navigating customer hesitance with creative solutions.
About the Role

This is a 4-day on-site role with the option of working remotely on Fridays. Occasional travel to conferences is required.
