Job Summary

We are seeking a Director, Sales and Marketing to spearhead the activities of our Revenue Department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will create and execute strategic plans for marketing and sales, driving revenue growth and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a competitive and goal-oriented environment.
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
  • Grow our presence by prospecting and closing new enterprise and mid-sized clients.
  • Own the demand plan, preparing dashboard reports, budgets, and annual sales projections.
Requirements
  • Proven sales drive with expertise in B2B sales and strategic planning.
  • Strong leadership skills to build relationships and trust at any level.
  • Interpersonal skills to communicate openly, honestly, and effectively.
