Director, Human Resources Business Partner

The Professional Services Sector: Inter-Team Collaboration for the Client's Benefit
In this role, you will contribute to the long-term success of our organization through collaboration with colleagues from HR Program Development and your team. You will be called upon to continuously enhance the employee experience and address evolving HR support needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and assist people leaders on strategic HR initiatives;
  • Utilize effective, agile HR interventions adapted to the organization's needs and context;
  • Provide first-class talent acquisition strategies and services tailored to our branding and market requirements;
  • Deploy HR solutions such as talent, performance and change management to improve employee retention and engagement;
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, providing support and communications accordingly;
  • Foster a harmonious climate among employees, playing a key role in conflict management;
  • Develop and coach your team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field;
  • Eight (8) to ten (10) years' experience in human resources, with previous experience as a human resources manager;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn and HRIS systems;
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, enabling effective interactions with colleagues in Canada;
  • Ability to travel occasionally.

Estimated Salary Range:$80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
