Job Description:
As a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner at Artech LLC, you will be responsible for providing HR support to various teams across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include employee onboarding, workforce administration, employee inquiries, and data governance.
  • Employee Onboarding:
    • You will act as the primary point of contact for new joiners, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
    • Partner with teams to issue offer letters and facilitate the onboarding process.
    • Enter relevant data into HR systems to ensure accurate records.
  • Workforce Administration:
    • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to validate data and ensure system alignment.
    • Administer employee data attributes in HR systems to maintain accuracy and consistency.
    • Support operational tasks for employees leaving the company.
  • Employee Inquiries:
    • You will serve as the point of contact for HR policy questions, providing expert guidance and support.
    • Partner with the Benefits team to handle life events and leaves of absence.
    • Act as a subject matter expert for the Employee Handbook, ensuring compliance and adherence.
  • Data Governance:
    • Maintain strict adherence to Data Governance Principles to ensure data integrity and security.
    • Support internal and external data auditing initiatives to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 6+ months of experience in human resources or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of HR systems and software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
