At TSX Inc., we're seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor to our employees and leaders, you'll provide expert consultation and solutions on HR-related matters, working closely with our HR Centres of Excellence to drive employee engagement, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement people plans that align with business goals and objectives, leveraging your expertise in HR policies and programs.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver HR initiatives, including talent strategy, employee relations, and organizational design.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, preparing and delivering presentations, reports, and materials for team meetings, town halls, and board meetings.
  • Lead workforce planning, including org design, needs forecasting, terminations, and severance, ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance gaps, development plans, complaints, and human rights issues.
  • Manage the year-end performance cycle, including calibration sessions and merit and bonus decisions.
  • Build expertise on HR policies, programs, and culture, responding to employee inquiries through our Service Now ticketing system.
  • Partner with external legal counsel and outplacement firms to handle employee terminations.
  • Develop strong relationships with HR teams, balancing business requests with HR policies and programs.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on client relationship management.
  • Technological proficiency, with experience in Google Suite and Workday.
  • CHRP designation or post-graduate degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with ambiguous tasks and frequent change.
  • Strong analytical skills and commitment to customer service.
