Professional Outside Sales Representative

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Apex Time Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new prospects in your territory, cross-selling solutions to existing clients, and effectively closing sales with the support of exceptional sales training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach or exceed assigned sales goals through strategic planning and execution
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to target prospects and increase sales revenue
- Establish and maintain good customer relations with internal and external customers
- Connect customers' business needs with our products and services
- Build a network of key decision makers in a designated territory through in-person and phone interactions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on a sales quota with a proven track record of success
- Business-to-business experience, including business equipment or software
- Goal-oriented and ambitious, with the capacity and drive to reach and exceed sales goals
- Demonstrated business development sales ability with an assertive, positive, and persistent style
- Proven customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)
- Organized with effective time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mature and self-confident with the capacity to work under pressure
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years sales/account management experience in a similar role
- Strong communication/presentation skills
- Good analytical/problem-solving skills
- Leadership ability and collaborative style
- College, university, and/or experience required
