About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Truck It. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Team Support: Supervise and support other administrative staff members to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality results.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, including minutes and action items.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines to optimize productivity and workflow.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Management: Order and maintain office supplies and inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
