Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is a key position at ManpowerGroup Solutions, responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client base. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be the face of our organization, building relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to deliver tailored workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to secure new business with small to medium-sized businesses and mid-market clients in assigned territories.
- Partner with clients to understand their talent needs and provide customized solutions to drive business success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage the full suite of ManpowerGroup Solutions to deliver comprehensive workforce solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to maintain thought leadership and expertise in the field.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven sales experience in a business development or account management capacity.
- Strong understanding of the talent acquisition and workforce solutions industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
