Client Service Director

Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Integrated Care Solutions team as a Client Service Manager. This pivotal role will drive the operational success of our services in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and northern regions, ensuring high-quality clinical service delivery and client satisfaction.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Mississauga, supporting our GTA and northern communities in a hybrid home, in-branch, and in-office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of day-to-day service delivery in GTA and northern communities
- Leadership and team development, focusing on the well-being of team members
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to implement key deliverables
- Results-oriented management of the annual budget and business development opportunities
Requirements:
- Registered healthcare professional with a good standing in respective college
- Established leader in a healthcare environment, preferably in home and community care
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
- Critical thinking
