Strategic Insights Manager

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Insights Manager to contribute to the success of our team. As a key member of our strategic endeavors, you will provide insightful analyses and impactful executive reports to drive decisive action on strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain high-impact presentations for Senior-level Executive audiences to ensure strict adherence to established policies and processes.
- Aid the Global Compliance & AML leadership team and other cross-functional teams in orchestrating strategic initiatives and ensuring meticulous execution.
- Provide strategic assistance to local leadership by aiding in the formulation and execution of key strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
- Lead large-scale team events to strengthen team cohesion and uphold company culture.
- Foster and sustain strategic partnerships with external entities in alignment with the department's strategic vision.
- Manage logistics for leadership in-country visits to ensure flawless facilitation of in-country business events and high-profile meetings.
- Continuously seek methods to enhance process efficiency through automation and standardization.
- Comprehend and integrate the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture into daily activities and decision-making processes.
- Actively pursue effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank's Values, its Code of Conduct, and the Global Sales Principles.
- University degree in Business is desirable.
- 3+ years of experience in strategic roles in banking/financial services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
- A keen eye for presentation design and the ability to distill complex concepts and analyses into clear, easy-to-understand presentations.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic business environment.
- Able to manage multiple activities to aggressive deadlines.
- Experienced in developing reports and communications for an executive audience.
- Fluency in Spanish is an asset.
