About the Role

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Insights Manager to join our team. As a key strategic business partner and consumer insights lead, you will have the opportunity to directly impact growth on some of our largest iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic insight initiatives across one of our largest portfolios, driving business growth and informing marketing strategies.
  • Develop and lead comprehensive research plans for existing and new products, including concept development, screening, optimization, and post-launch analysis.
  • Craft annual marketing plans, including strategy, creative development, and optimization, to drive sales impact and Return on Investment.
  • Evaluate sales impact of media campaigns and recommend optimization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Guide product quality and value engineering initiatives by delivering consumer insights and developing action standards/decision criteria.
  • Help develop research Best Practices for the organization and work with research vendors to provide Best in Class research approaches.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a strategic insights/consumer research role, preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
  • Proficient in various market research techniques, including both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Experience working with both primary and secondary data sources.
  • Solid understanding of syndicated research tools and agile research methodologies.
  • Proven experience with marketing processes, business planning, and marketing strategy.
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to results, with confidence to adapt to and lead changing priorities.
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to influence all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
