About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Insights Manager to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our Consumer Insights team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions across our iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic insight initiatives across one of our largest portfolios, providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive research plans to inform marketing strategies, product development, and innovation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement research studies, analyze data, and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Evaluate sales impact of media campaigns and recommend optimization strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Guide product quality and value engineering initiatives by delivering consumer insights and developing action standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in market research, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a strategic insights or consumer research role, preferably within the CPG industry.
  • Strong understanding of market research techniques, including qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Experience working with primary and secondary data sources, as well as syndicated research tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
