Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting the sale of swim lesson memberships and related products and services, while delivering exceptional customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Complete sales processes using leads generated through marketing activities, including events, advertising, and referrals.
- Effectively communicate with potential customers to address their needs and expectations, presenting the services available from Goldfish Swim School.
- Manage day-to-day inquiries from existing members, building strong relationships and resolving concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Assist members with purchases of merchandise and vending products.
- Prepare daily reports and schedules to support lesson execution and management activities.
- Participate in training and in-services as required.
- Minimum of two years' experience in direct sales or a related retail sales role.
- Self-motivated and conscientious individual with excellent presentation, organization, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Positive and clear phone manner.
- Motivated to achieve sales results.
- Intermediate-level computer skills using Word, Excel, and other software systems.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate school or other activities.

- Starting rate $19 per hour, with pay increase at 12 months of continuous service.
