Customer Service and Sales Representative

At Goldfish Swim School, we're passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children. As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete the sales process using leads generated through marketing activities, including events, advertising, and referrals.
  • Address potential customers' needs and expectations while presenting the services available from Goldfish Swim School.
  • Manage day-to-day inquiries from existing members while building strong relationships.
  • Assist members with purchases of merchandise and vending products.
  • Resolve member concerns using a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Prepare daily reports and schedules to support lesson execution and management activities.
  • Participate in training and in-services as required.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years' experience in direct sales or a related retail sales role.
  • Self-motivated and conscientious.
  • Excellent presentation, organization, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Positive and clear phone manner.
  • Motivated to achieve sales results.
  • Intermediate-level computer skills required using Word, Excel, and other software systems.
