About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Esso/Circle K. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory of merchandise, supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform our business decisions and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical Demands
    • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
