Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage invoices with suppliers: receive invoices in SAP, manage workflows in SAP, compile invoices in tracking tables, follow up on requests from the Toronto procurement department for invoicing;
- Process purchase orders (create and manage purchase orders with launch strategies);
- Receive laboratory reports from external labs;
- Verify product technical sheets (T-35) and verify compliance certificates (on form);
- Answer phone calls;
- Welcoming and assisting visitors at the Boucherville office;
- Perform various administrative tasks: sorting mail, preparing office supplies orders, distributing internal mail;
- Other related administrative tasks.
- Completed DES or DEP in secretarial/accounting or equivalent combination of studies and relevant experience;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
- Familiarity with the Vision operating system and SAP;
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques (asset);
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Office365);
- Familiarity with a telephone system (asset);
- Bilingualism.
