Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the administration of our office and reception.
Key Responsibilities
- Redirect emails to relevant departments;
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures;
- Write, format, and distribute administrative documents, including newsletters and internal communications;
- Maintain inventory and order office and cafeteria supplies;
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers;
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls;
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs;
- Support the HR team in communications and corporate events;
- Support the finance and purchasing teams with various clerical tasks;
- Coordinate appointments for fleet maintenance;
- Ensure a professional work environment;
- Other related tasks as needed.

Requirements
- DEP or AEC in a relevant field;
- Relevant experience in support administration;
- Excellent skills in managing multiple files at once;
- Demonstrate rigor and attention to detail;
- Good team spirit and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and functional English;
- Versatility, autonomy, organization, resourcefulness, and sense of priorities;
- Good command of the Office suite;
- Skills with social media, graphics, and computer tools.
