In this role, you will oversee and lead a highly specialized team to deliver unparalleled security services, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless 24/7 operations focused on threat detection and risk assessment.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring all communications are professional and addressing any concerns promptly to ensure resolution is satisfactory.
  • Oversee the quality of work performed by the team, conducting regular audits and providing feedback to enhance performance. Continuously evaluate and improve GSOC processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and enforce stringent security protocols and develop comprehensive crisis management plans.
  • Assist in conducting & coordinating OSINT, research requests, and event/risk assessments to increase the client's awareness on threats & safety concerns.
  • Provide detailed reports to senior management and clients with insights, metrics, and recommendations to enhance security measures. Ensure effective communication channels are maintained.
  • Process timesheets and monthly expense reports.
  • Manage the 24/7 coverage of the GSOC.
  • Perform any other related tasks.
Requirements:
  • Experience in threat detection and risk assessment.
  • Must be well-versed in current technologies and open-source search methodologies.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations.
  • Must be able to quickly adapt and excel in dynamic situations.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Successful client management experience.
  • Bilingualism (English and French), strongly preferred.
  • Must be a competent user of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
