Job Title: Global Security Operations Center Coordinator

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering exceptional security services, ensuring operational excellence, and adhering to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless 24/7 operations focused on threat detection and risk assessment.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring all communications are professional and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Oversee the quality of work performed by the team, conducting regular audits and providing feedback to enhance performance.
  • Establish and enforce stringent security protocols and develop comprehensive crisis management plans.
  • Assist in conducting & coordinating OSINT, research requests, and event/risk assessments to increase the client's awareness on threats & safety concerns.
  • Provide detailed reports to senior management and clients with insights, metrics, and recommendations to enhance security measures.
  • Process timesheets and monthly expense reports.
  • Manage the 24/7 coverage of the GSOC.
Requirements:
  • Experience in threat detection and risk assessment.
  • Must be well-versed in current technologies and open-source search methodologies.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations.
  • Must be able to quickly adapt and excel in dynamic situations.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Successful client management experience.
  • Bilingualism (English and French), strongly preferred.
  • Must be a competent user of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
