GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled Global Security Operations Center Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our GSOC team to deliver exceptional security services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless 24/7 operations focused on threat detection and risk assessment
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring all communications are professional and addressing any concerns promptly
  • Oversee the quality of work performed by the team, conducting regular audits and providing feedback to enhance performance
  • Establish and enforce stringent security protocols and develop comprehensive crisis management plans
  • Assist in conducting & coordinating OSINT, research requests, and event/risk assessments to increase the client's awareness on threats & safety concerns
  • Provide detailed reports to senior management and clients with insights, metrics, and recommendations to enhance security measures
  • Process timesheets and monthly expense reports
  • Manage the 24/7 coverage of the GSOC

Requirements:

  • Experience in threat detection and risk assessment
  • Must be well-versed in current technologies and open-source search methodologies
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations
  • Must be able to quickly adapt and excel in dynamic situations
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Successful client management experience
  • Bilingualism (English and French), strongly preferred
  • Must be a competent user of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
