About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Gets Immigration Solutions Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining inventory, managing supplies, and coordinating office services.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to new staff members and assist in the development of our team's skills and knowledge.
  • Payroll and Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that our office is secure and safe, including maintaining basic security clearance and adhering to our safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
