About This RoleWe are seeking an experienced AI Performance Optimization Specialist to collaborate with our teams to identify and enable leadership features and performance for our customers across Lenovo's AI PC client portfolio.
- Advising product segments on AI solutions from suppliers and enabling client-based AI applications
- Determining analysis processes to balance cost, performance, and battery life for various client-based AI workloads
- Developing expertise with industry-standard benchmarks for on-device AI and influencing industry efforts for benchmarking tools
- Serving as a resource for segment marketing and sales teams promoting AI PC products
- Initiating and contributing to innovation proof of concepts leveraging on-board AI
This role requires strong technical skills, including experience with CPU and GPU architectures, low-level optimization techniques, memory hierarchy, instruction scheduling, and performance tradeoffs. Knowledge of AI training workloads and their demands on networks is also essential.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.
