Global Customer Success Manager

As a strategic advisor to our customers, you will provide guidance on MongoDB best practices and overall technology strategy.
You will work with customers to optimize their technical environment, collect feedback, and identify roadblocks to inform internal teams.
You will act as a link between customers and product engineering to develop new innovative solutions and de-escalate critical customer issues.
This role can be based hybrid out of our Toronto office or remote from Montreal.
Requirements- 9+ years experience working in a Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or similarly customer-centric role
- A background and passion for advocating on behalf of your customers
- A mind for technology and ability to learn about concepts
- The ability to act with autonomy and take full ownership of customer portfolio
- An entrepreneurial mindset and team player with a passion for collaboration
- Technical product experience or education preferred
- Work as a strategic advisor to customers providing guidance on MongoDB best practices
- Collect feedback and identify roadblocks to inform internal teams
- Act as a link between customers and product engineering to develop new innovative solutions
- De-escalate and resolve critical customer issues
- Build and execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth
- Lead in-person executive business reviews for strategic customers
- Document all customer interactions in internal systems
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 per year.
