Human Resources Associate

Mafna Air Technologies Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Associate to join our team. This is a key role that will play a critical part in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, from job postings to candidate selection and orientation, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • HR Guidance and Support: Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, reviewing and updating policies as needed to mitigate risk.
  • HR Administrative Tasks: Manage HR administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits administration, and record-keeping, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a front-end role.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Canadian employment laws and regulations, as well as HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization, and proven leadership abilities with a focus on mentoring and developing HR staff.
