About the Role

Bimeda is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to oversee and streamline our HR operations across North America. This role is pivotal in supporting our diverse workforce, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure full compliance with employment laws and regulations in both the United States and Canada.
- Develop and revise HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, and fairness across all North American operations.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and executing hiring processes.
- Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees to foster a positive introduction to the company culture.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Professional HR Certification required.
- Minimum 3 years of human resources experience, with a strong background in managing HR operations across both Canada and the US, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
