  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection and orientation, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • HR Guidance and Support: Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Compliance and Policy: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, reviewing and updating policies as needed to maintain a compliant and risk-free environment.
  • HR Administration: Manage HR administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits administration, and record-keeping, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a front-end role.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Canadian employment laws and regulations.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
