This is an exciting assignment as you will be partnering with senior management to assess the current state and provide key strategies and insights to improve the value and impact of finance across the organization.

You will also be responsible for coaching and engaging a team, providing them with the direction and support needed during a period of transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic processes and advise on initiatives, working with direct reports to establish strategic direction and performance goals/objectives.
  • Provide financial planning guidance, operating and capital budgeting, financial control, asset management, and financial reporting.
  • Implement innovative solutions in areas of procurement, fleet, and facilities management.
  • Ensure internal controls are in place to manage risks and maintain proper financial and administrative processes/procedures.
  • Lead performance reviews and develop action plans to improve performance where necessary.
  • Establish relationships with senior staff, Board members, and other stakeholders.
