Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for selling Manpower services to clients, focused on new business development. The role involves presenting the value proposition and educating potential clients on talent strategy via the Manpower story, with a focus on temporary staffing and permanent placement in clerical, light industrial, or manufacturing verticals.
Key accountabilities include:
- Securing new business with SMB and mid-market clients in an assigned territory
- Developing and executing against a territory plan to capitalize on market/industry opportunities
- Adopting Manpower methodologies, disciplines, and tools in pursuing profitable business opportunities
The ideal candidate will be a market and industry leader known in communities of relevance and looked to for World of Work expertise. They will offer customized workforce solutions to clients by collaborating across teams/brands to leverage the full suite of ManpowerGroup solutions.
