Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Regent Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the work of our hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams.
- Assist Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, including those with special needs or requirements.
- Coordinate and Review Work: Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that our staff are well-trained and equipped to handle their responsibilities.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop our hotel staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service to our guests.
- Maintain Operations: Oversee the maintenance of our hotel's computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and ensure that any issues are addressed promptly.
- Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage the procurement of materials and supplies needed to maintain our hotel's operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and tight deadlines. Must be able to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
