Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Regent Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Provide guidance and training to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Guest Services
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations and Maintenance
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel equipment and facilities.
- Ensure the hotel's computer systems and equipment are functioning properly and make necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Human Resources
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members to meet the hotel's needs.
- Manage staff performance, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
- Administrative Tasks
- Manage the hotel's inventory and supplies.
- Reconcile financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality management role
- Language
- Fluent in English
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with a large workload
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
