Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Mount Revelstoke Alpine Chalets. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and leading a team of hotel staff.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of hotel staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent guest service.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on hotel operations, guest feedback, and staff performance.
- Inventory Management: Requisition materials and supplies, and maintain inventory levels to ensure business continuity.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
