About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at PERFORMANCE INSULATION INC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including preparing and editing documents, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, reports, and other documents.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring that all necessary resources are available and in good working order.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team members to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our operations are efficient and effective.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
