Savings and Retirement Administrator Role

At Equitable Life of Canada, we're seeking a highly skilled Savings and Retirement Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering new business and in-force transactions for various savings and retirement products. Key responsibilities include acting as a gatekeeper, handling emails and inbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and follow processes for various savings and retirement products.
  • Issue new policies, rollovers, switches, and other transactions.
  • Assess, process, and complete administrative service requests from internal and external clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service through various channels.
  • Reconcile simple accounts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Participate in project work and provide procedural improvements.

Requirements:
  • Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in savings and retirement industry.
