Role Overview:

The Manager, Savings & Retirement Marketing is a key member of the S&R Marketing team at Equitable Life of Canada. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to support the S&R line of business and drive the company's competitive position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and experiences that resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging trends in the financial services industry and bring new ideas to elevate the company's presence in the market.
  • Ensure adherence to website processes, content guidelines, accessibility requirements, and controls.
  • Continuously evaluate key metrics across end-user experience and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in the financial services sector, with a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset and experience in graphic design, marketing material creation, digital design, or user experience expertise.
  • Solid project management skills to oversee multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
