Rippling, a unified workforce platform based in San Francisco, is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join their Account Management team.

About the Role

This role involves driving revenue growth across Rippling's largest customer segment by proactively engaging customers and building strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with experience in quota-carrying roles.

  • Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly targets, focusing on new subscription cross-sales, product upgrades, and contract renewals.
  • Broaden knowledge of current and new Rippling products through executing customer adoption playbooks and prospecting.
  • Navigate sales processes using core sales discovery skills and drive deals to close.
  • Consult with clients to understand their HR, IT, Finance, and global workforce management needs, applying a solutions-based selling approach.
  • Negotiate and coordinate customer procurement and contract execution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and secure long-term commitments.

What We Offer

Rippling offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience. Additionally, the company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and stock options. As a hybrid-remote employee, you will work from home at least three days a week, with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in-office.
