Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Brokerage Sales Professional to join our team at Thinkpivot. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in freight brokerage sales and a strong network of contacts in the 3PL industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities;
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes;
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients;
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests for proposals;
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in freight brokerage sales;
  • Proven sales success in the 3PL industry;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong work ethic.
