Transportation Brokerage Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Brokerage Sales Professional to join our team at Thinkpivot. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in freight brokerage sales and a strong network of contacts in the 3PL industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities;
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes;
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients;
- Respond to client inquiries and requests for proposals;
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight brokerage sales;
- Proven sales success in the 3PL industry;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong work ethic.
