About the Role

At HUB, we're seeking an experienced and results-driven Group Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join our dynamic sales team. With a strong background in insurance sales, particularly in group sales or affinity sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing custom insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft personalized insurance plans that cater to the diverse requirements of our clients, showcasing your expertise in major domestic personal lines markets such as Aviva, Intact, Economical, and others.
  • Nurture existing relationships with clients while identifying new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Utilize industry-leading broker management systems like EPIC & ARS to efficiently manage client applications, certificates, and other documentation.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the personal insurance business in a sales-driven environment, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies, product offerings, and customer service standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in group sales or affinity sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • A RIBO License (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) in good standing, with additional provincial licenses a plus.
  • Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • A college diploma (3-year degree) in a related field, such as business, marketing, or finance.
