Job Summary:
As a Senior Enterprise Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing branch operations to ensure safety, productivity, customer service, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, motivational, organizational, and communication skills.

About the Role:
This position involves managing overall branch operations, including sales efforts, business initiatives, report preparation, personnel matters, and safety audits. You will be required to prepare profit and loss statements, monthly operating reviews, yearly budgets, and other reports detailing operational status. Additionally, you will oversee all safety matters, including OSHA compliance, DOT regulations, and drug and alcohol testing.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree, at least 5 years of experience in business management with profit and loss responsibility, and an understanding of business accounting principles and budget preparation. Strong sales and customer service experience is essential, with outside sales experience being preferred. You will also need effective leadership, motivational, organizational, and communication skills, as well as proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office. Knowledge and experience in the equipment rental industry are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on location and experience. United Rentals offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
