**Marketing/ Social media Coordinator**
Top Lift Enterprises is a leader in the sales and distribution of heavy equipment, intermodal container handling, and industrial forklift lines. We’re looking for an innovative **Marketing and Social Media Coordinator** to elevate our brand presence and engage our audience through digital platforms.
**What will you be doing as a Marketing/ Social media Coordinator?**
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to engage our target audience.
- Create, curate, and manage original content (graphics, video, blogs) that aligns with our brand and resonates with followers.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting tactics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Design and manage online ad campaigns, coordinating with other departments to ensure cohesive branding.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster an active online community.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance, audience insights, and campaign effectiveness.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices, ensuring Top Lift remains competitive in the market.
- Maintain a high standard of brand consistency and messaging in all marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For:
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
- Superior customer service skills with a focus on client engagement.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
