Bolton, Canada Early Learners' Montessori School Full time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee our operations in multiple locations, with a genuine enthusiasm for and belief in Montessori philosophy and its impact on children’s development. Reporting to the Director(s), the Regional Director for our multi location child care centres should have the ability to articulate and implement a clear vision for the school’s growth and success, inspiring others to follow. This role involves managing staff, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with parents and stakeholders to uphold the school's mission and values.

**Responsibilities**:
Educational Leadership:

- Lead the implementation and adherence to the Montessori philosophy and principles throughout our schools.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in teaching and learning practices.
- Stay abreast of current educational trends, research, and best practices in Montessori education.

Administrative Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure the all schools consistently meets Regional, CCEYA and Public Health requirements
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Educations regulations and licensing standards.
- Supervise financial management and facilities operations.
- Supervise and support teaching and administrative staff.
- Ensure all schools consistently deliver on and provide quality care and education
- Participate in Regional meetings and initiatives and stay abreast of newly introduced directives
- Other duties as assigned

Staff Development:

- Provide professional development opportunities for teachers and staff.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to enhance the performance of the school's educators.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Support management in hiring and training new staff

Community Engagement:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, fostering open communication.
- Organize and participate in community events, meetings, and conferences.
- Act as a spokesperson for the school within the local community.

Student Well-being:

- Monitor and support the holistic development of students in alignment with Montessori principles.
- Address any concerns related to student well-being, behavior, or academic progress.
- Collaborate with teachers to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide support and guidance with student enrolment process

Curriculum Development:

- Oversee the development and implementation of a Montessori-aligned curriculum.
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure curriculum consistency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate and update curriculum materials regularly.

**Qualifications**:

- AMI or MACTE teacher certification with 5+ years teaching experience
- 5+ years leadership experience in a Montessori school
- Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master’s Degree is preferred
- Collaborative leadership style that welcomes working closely with the Director, Senior Management, staff and parents
- Experience in school budgeting and fundraising
- Knowledge of educational regulations, accreditation processes, and best practices in Montessori education.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
