Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership team.

Job Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for providing confidential administrative support services, including:

  • Drafting and editing documents using Microsoft Office applications
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Preparing and distributing reports and presentations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of related office experience
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidentiality
  • Tact and diplomacy to deal with inquiries from the public, customers, and stakeholders
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision

$62,400 - $81,600 per annum, depending on experience
