We're seeking a skilled Partner Development Manager to join our team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our commercial partnership team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key partners to drive new merchant growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a pipeline strategy to deliver assigned territories' market strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partners
  • Recruit new integration and referral partnerships through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification
  • Meet defined quotas and provide regular pipeline reporting and forecasts
  • Ensure smooth handover to allocated Partner Trainer, Partner Growth Manager, and Partner Marketing Manager
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of channel sales experience; software sales experience preferred
  • Experience with generating sales forecasts and developing comprehensive growth strategies
  • High degree of initiative and self-direction; bias for action
  • Excellent English and French oral and written communication skills, group presentation skills
