Partner Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Development Manager to join our team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships that drive new merchants to our platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a pipeline to deliver assigned territories' market strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and act as an advocate for partners within Lightspeed
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline reporting and forecasts
- Ensure smooth handover to allocated Partner Trainer, Partner Growth Manager, and Partner Marketing Manager
- Deliver defined ROI, key learnings, reporting, and evaluation of partnership impact to drive market share growth, brand awareness, and sales
- 3-5 years of channel sales experience; software sales experience preferred
- Experience with generating sales forecasts
- High degree of initiative and self-direction; bias for action
- B2B relationship building skills
- Ability to develop comprehensive growth strategies
- Excellent English and French oral and written communication skills, group presentation skills
- Ability to do your job in a truly flexible hybrid environment (3 days/week in office)
