Job Title: Partner Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Development Manager to join our team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships that drive new merchants to our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a pipeline to deliver assigned territories' market strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and act as an advocate for partners within Lightspeed
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline reporting and forecasts
  • Ensure smooth handover to allocated Partner Trainer, Partner Growth Manager, and Partner Marketing Manager
  • Deliver defined ROI, key learnings, reporting, and evaluation of partnership impact to drive market share growth, brand awareness, and sales
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of channel sales experience; software sales experience preferred
  • Experience with generating sales forecasts
  • High degree of initiative and self-direction; bias for action
  • B2B relationship building skills
  • Ability to develop comprehensive growth strategies
  • Excellent English and French oral and written communication skills, group presentation skills
