Partner Development Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Partner Development Manager to spearhead the development of new commercial partnerships that drive growth and innovation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline to deliver market strategy and drive sales growth
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business expansion
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas defined by leadership
- Provide regular pipeline reporting and forecasts to inform business decisions
- Ensure seamless onboarding and handover to internal teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Drive market share growth, brand awareness, and sales through strategic partnership development
- 3-5 years of channel sales experience, with software sales experience a plus
- Proven track record of generating sales forecasts and driving business growth
- High degree of initiative and self-direction, with a bias for action
- Excellent B2B relationship building and communication skills
- Ability to develop comprehensive growth strategies and drive business results
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
