We're seeking a seasoned Partner Development Manager to spearhead the development of new commercial partnerships that drive growth and innovation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline to deliver market strategy and drive sales growth
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business expansion
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas defined by leadership
  • Provide regular pipeline reporting and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and handover to internal teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Drive market share growth, brand awareness, and sales through strategic partnership development
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of channel sales experience, with software sales experience a plus
  • Proven track record of generating sales forecasts and driving business growth
  • High degree of initiative and self-direction, with a bias for action
  • Excellent B2B relationship building and communication skills
  • Ability to develop comprehensive growth strategies and drive business results
  • Fluency in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
