Job Summary
STEMCELL Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementation Associate to join our STEMSOFT SOFTWARE team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering practical solutions and applications based on your strong technical skills, providing tailored software solutions meeting the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure STEMSOFT products to align with customer-driven technical specifications and requirements.
- Ensure that configuration user stories meet the acceptance criteria as per the agile configuration process.
- Collaborate with teammates (internally and externally) to enhance knowledge sharing and drive collective problem-solving.
- Assist team members (internally and externally) by providing technical guidance and support, contributing to team efficacy and efficiency.
- Contribute to the success of the team by being an active participant in team meetings and offering a solution-oriented problem-solving approach.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in technical implementation or basic software development.
- Demonstrated ability to configure technical products to meet specific customer needs.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the capacity and ability to handle standard technical issues.
