About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Manager to join our team at L&Z Resort Company Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies

Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Lead and Manage a Team

Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service.

Manage Front Desk Operations

Perform front desk duties, including checking in and out guests, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Manage Budgets and Finances

Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make recommendations for cost savings and revenue growth.

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Manage Maintenance and Repairs

Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.

Ensure Compliance with Regulations

Ensure that our business complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.

Requirements
  • Education

A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality or business administration.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Computer Skills

Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.

Language

The language of work is English.
