Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for providing clerical, office admin, and filing support to the FCC Canada Corporate Office based in Vancouver, BC.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates daily administrative operations by prioritizing workload.
  • Receives and responds to client and staff phone calls and correspondence, including initial data collection, and refers for appropriate action.
  • Manages and schedules hotel reservations, plans meetings and business travel, and reports on expenses.
  • Writes correspondence and requests for mail distribution and courier services.
  • Handle general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and processing project-specific forms.
  • Establish and maintain customer-centric relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Assist with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Must be enrolled in, or have recently completed, an administrative diploma or related degree program.
  • 2 years of clerical experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate information and clarify requirements both orally and in writing clearly and effectively.
  • The ability to act with discretion when dealing with confidential information.
  • Proven organizational skills to meet multiple deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure work environment.
  • A strong work ethic with accuracy and attention to detail.
