About the Role

OlympicConstruction Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as respond to employee questions and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain accurate records.
  • Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
