Key Responsibilities- Financial Management
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain financial integrity.
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Office Management
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office environment.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Communication
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
- Project Coordination
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Personal Qualities
- Flexibility, organized, team player, and reliable.
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
