We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at HARTZ IMMIGRATION SERVICES. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

You will also be responsible for coordinating and planning for office services, assisting in the preparation of operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls. Additionally, you will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. You will be organized, able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills.

We offer a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week, parking available, and a work language of English.
